Condolences
I am deeply sorry for the passing of Angie. We met when our girls were young and I always found Angie to be a very caring, active mother and person. I look back with fond memories of the time we spent time together when our girls were young. With deepest sympathy my heart goes out to Nevaya and Angie’s family for such a devastating loss, may she rest in peace.
To the McGillivray’s and Quinn’s, I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Angie was such a ray of light and was always willing to take the time and chat with me when I would see her at family events. She was so accomplished and really valued her profession. Starting out as a young teacher back then, I only hoped to have that much passion and confidence in teaching myself. She will forever be remembered and forever be missed. Sending you all strength & love.
So sorry to hear about the loss of an amazing teacher, mother, and friend. Angie was a warm soul who loved life and connecting with others. I was fortunate enough to have her as a mentor teacher during my last year of school and her last year of teaching. In the months we spent together I learned so much about what it means to be a good educator from her. She exuded creativity and passion and had a lasting impact on those around her. Condolences to her family, friends, and hugs to Nevaya.
Angie had such a warm heart and loooved kids! So generous too! I remember meeting in the parking lot of the Glencoe during Covid shutdowns and she would always have snacks for everyone and fun activities for the kids to do. What an amazing soul, she will be missed ❤️❤️❤️
Although Angie and I had known each other for a short time I will never forget her spirit, kindness, and love for Nevaya. I am grateful for the fun times our daughters had together. Deepest condolences to Angie’s family and friends.
Angie was our neighbour for the last few years, always friendly and caring asking about our family etc. We were shocked and saddened to hear of her demise. With deepest sympathy to her family and friends, she will be missed by all.
Rick Alger and family .
Oh Angie. Thanks to Tara we crossed paths a few times over the years. You were always a bright light exuding good energy -- I really just wanted to be around you. I know how you loved your sweet your girl and how much you were loved by those around you. Sending you good so much love and my condolences to all that love you. Rest friend. All will be well.
Angie- what fun we had at Sunnyside School! We created wonderful and exciting experiences for our students and without your creativity it wouldn’t have happened. Mostly, I remember the laughter. How you loved to call Julie, Mrs. BBB…Bradley. Finding the humour in listening to her work with children learning their letter sounds. She will forever remain being called that. When you met Duane, we all became a part of the romance and looked forward to the daily updates. The wedding was exciting and then came Navaya! The ultimate dream come true…a Mom at last. After leaving Sunnyside, a sad day for us, we remained in contact and had the usual updates through the Christmas cards. Occasionally, the chance meetings and reminiscing about the most hilarious moments at school. I tell this story till this day how a student walking behind you said,” Your bum is soooo big!” Still makes me laugh. You were a mentor, friend and we were kindred spirits from the first moment. Your energy was contagious and you brought the best in those around you. Your unwavering support made me feel safe in your presence. I send my deepest condolences to your family and Navaya. Condolences to all those who knew you because you instantly became family. My heart is broken that we will be without your love and joy for life. Rest in peace beautiful!❤️
