Lily and family. I am so sorry to hear of Miranda passing. I have many fond memories of the Little Italy gatherings in Hinton.
I worked with Miranda many times over the years at the university. She was a wonderful colleague - indefatigable and with a welcome sense of humour. My sincere condolences to her family. Katharine Kinnear.
Dear Lily & family:
I am so sorry for your loss, a loss that her many friends and colleagues share with you.
Miranda was a dear friend of 15 years and I will cherish the memories of my countless happy times with her. I am blessed to have had her in my life. Her infectious smile, her intelligence, her integrity, her generosity, her kindness, and her true caring for her fellow humans were characteristics that defined her.
She will live on in all our memories. Farewell, dear friend.
Miranda was a vivacious and beautiful young woman. Most of our time spent together dates back to our childhood in Hinton and Edmonton. I remember how determined she was as a little girl! She would be the one always in charge and us kids would follow her lead! Her determination has accompanied Miranda throughout her whole life making her the accomplished person she was. I am so proud of her. I
Love you Miranda and I will always cherish the treasured memories I have of us. You will have a special place in my heart forever. Until we meet again. Your cousin Sonya

When I met Miranda I was immediately struck by her warm and welcoming approach. As I came to know he better and our friendship grew I came to appreciate more and more her kindness, intelligence, energy, fairness, warmth and how easy it was to spend time with her. I miss her and already find myself wanting to text her and remembering with sadness that I can't.

Miranda was a great friend whose smile lit up every room! It's hard to imagine life without her wise insights and care for everyone she met. I had the pleasure of getting to know her through our journey at Royal Roads University and I felt so fortunate that we lived in the same city. She became a great friend who I miss so much already. I'm sending much love to Larkin, Lily and the rest of her family and friends who I know will miss her presence terribly.
