Condolences
We were so very sad to hear about the passing of Sandy. She will be missed very much by your family. She was always friendly and very nice to me.
Where to begin? Once upon a time (1988) I was recruiting paddlers to join a ladies paddling team out of the Calgary Canoe Club.
I sent a memo to all city swimming pools hoping for interest in this sport. Sandy and a few other lifeguards/swimming instructors expressed interest. On our maiden voyage, a blustery night in June, the boat (War Canoe) sank! Long story short, of all the ladies who tried out, SANDY was the only one who paddled with us for many years. We enjoyed her friendship and comradery. We the

I had the privilege of teaching along side Sandy on the deck at Foothills pool. We had some great laughs and she taught me how to become a better swim instructor. She was always full of life. May she RIP and look down on us all with her wonderful smile. Condolences to the family and dear Ray

We will miss you Sandy!
We regret that we didn't spend more time together, especially for lunch at the brew pub. We always thought "the Sandy" would outlive us all. Sadly we were so wrong.
Rest in peace.
Love, Dieter and Gail
Dear Ray and family,
I first met Sandy through curling many years ago We formed an instant friendship, that was Sandy. We had our wins and losses but always had a good time. She also introduced me to the paddling ladies and we spent many a lovely evening paddling around the reservoir. Sandy was always quick to offer help and support and was a wealth of knowledge on so many subjects. I loved hearing her stories of your exciting vacations together. She will be greatly missed, our sincere condolences.
Dear Ray and family,
I was a classmate of “Sandy's”….that's how we knew her. The Hospital for Sick Children Class of 62 was very special! We worked hard and laughed a lot! Sandy was always part of the fun.
I was delighted to read about her interesting professional life and ultimately her happy home and family. You will miss her tremendously. I can assure you, we…her classmates will keep her in our hearts forever.
Affectionately, Betty Lou Sandlos
Dear family, there may always be an empty void in your hearts where your love has been lost but there is always room for new growth around it. Over time, plant the seeds and they will grow. My sincere condolences.

No matter how you said it…it all seemed right.
You two were a perfect match.
We’re so grateful that you were both here to celebrate
Uncle Arnold & Auntie Tiny’s 70th Anniversary 4 years ago. It meant so much to them and to me. Mom loved that Sandy & her shared May 24th birthdays!
Sandy always sent out 2 emails daily of funny stories & jokes! I have saved the last 2 emails of jokes sent out June 26th, the day she left us. I miss seeing them now when I open my computer.
We send you our love and deepest condolences…
Blessings and prayers.
Love to all,
Uncle Arnold & Auntie Tiny
