Phyllis Kulyk (nee Engen) of Calgary, AB, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at the age of 89 years.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter Vicky, sons Carl (Vivian), Dave (Dawn); and two grandchildren, Mike and Miranda. Phyllis was predeceased by her husband Nestor in 2013.
At the request of Phyllis, there will not be a service.
