Condolences
I’m so sorry, I missed the celebration of life. Maureen and I are in Sundre until the 26th.
Somehow I thought the service was Sunday after we got back. Allan and I shared many of the same outdoor interests and teaching people about our great outdoors was top on the list of what we enjoyed. Like Erin the carvers and myself loved the stories and laughter of our carving sessions. I have been missing Allan during the past couple years.
He will always have a place in my heart.
Sharon, Roger and I are very sad to hear about your loss. We want to express our heartfelt sympathy to you during this extremely difficult time.
I spent every week with Allan (and Rufus) for years in a garage telling stories, laughing and doing a little carving. Allan always asked about my kids and was supportive and encouraging. We both shared our love for comox, but never seemed to be there at the same time. Allan was special and I will treasure my memories of him.
My condolences and love to Sharon and family.
Thinking of you Sharon and sending my sincere condolences at this most difficult time.
Allan was a generous man. I once said something mean-spirited to him, and soon after, I apologized. Allan’s response was “Apology accepted” and that was the end of it. I truly appreciated that generosity of spirit about him.
