Kara and Jane, you may not remember me, but I was part of the Grad and Walker team, working with Doug Gray on the computer needs, both in the company and at Soderglen. I have extremely fond memories of Stan and I was so sad to hear of his passing. Please accept my condolences. My heart is with you. Claire Fern

Jane, and the entire Grad Family,
We extend our condolences, thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Stan was a true friend to many, always true to his word and beliefs. Today we grieve alongside you. But we also celebrate a life well lived.
The Mullen Family.
My dear Jane,
I was so sad to hear of Stan's passing. I am very familiar as to how you are feeling, and my heart goes out to you.
Stan was a wonderful human being and it was such a pleasure to have known him.
Unfortunately I am unable to attend his service today but I will watch the live streaming later today.
My sincerest condolences to you and your family.
With fondest wishes,
Caroline de L. Davies
Stan was unique. He was a real straight shooter and a man of sharp intellect, especially in matters of business and investment. If you met him once, you would never forget him.
My heartfelt condolences go out to Jane, Samantha, and family. Stan's absence will leave such a huge void in your lives. But I am absolutely certain that with time, you will begin to fill that void with countless cherished memories, and appreciation of the blessing of having had Stan in your lives. Rest in peace Stan.
I never knew or met Stan, other than a phone call we shared many years ago at the urging of my good friend (and Stans), Morley Buyer from Carbon. I was always looking for oil and gas investment opportunities and Morley suggested I phone Stan to talk on his oil company in New Guinea. I contacted Stan and got right through, not even a secretary screened me. We talked for 10 minutes or so and got a good picture of the play. When we hung up Stan asked me to stop by the ranch some time. He sounded real sincere but never got the opportunity to call by as shortly after the phone call I was accepted into Law School in Vancouver. I often thought of Stan's kindness and hospitality as I was in contact with Morley fairly often until he passed a few years ago.
Just a small Alberta story.
On behalf of the Board of Angels for Mexico, I would like to extend our sincere condolences to Stans' family and friends. Through Stan, we started working with the Punta de Mita Hospital project. Something we will proudly contimue to do. Stan made a real difference with all of his altruistic work. It was an honor to have known him.
