Obituary of Trevor Lee Dendy

Trevor Dendy, beloved husband of Roxane Dendy (nee Watling), of Calgary, AB, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the age of 57 years.

Trevor was born in Calgary, AB, and graduated from Crescent Heights High School. He was a countertop fabricator for 35+ years and was passionate about doing home projects and fixing things. He was always helping his children and coaching his boys’ hockey teams. He enjoyed hockey, golf, and home projects. His most memorable vacation was to Aruba at the age of 46.

Trevor was the beloved husband of Roxane Dendy and the loving father of Tyler, Colin (Jamie), Cody (Taylor), and Ashley. He was the proud grandpa of Delena and Aidrian. He is also survived by his mother Lynne Dendy and his brother Scott Dendy. He was predeceased by his parent Rod Dendy, and his grandparents, Den and Alice Dendy, Jim and Wyn Burrows; as well as his pet Harley.

The family would like to thank the staff at foothills hospital for their care and support as well as other family and friends.

Trevor will be most remembered for the kind, loving, wholehearted man he was. His smile, his laugh, and the love he had for everyone.

A Celebration of Trevor’s Life will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Airdrie, 300 Towerlane Drive) on Friday, August 11, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home immediately following the service.
