I met Cheryl in the early 80's in Edmonton, Alberta when we both worked for Edmonton Transit- just working there to make some money. Cheryl was a breathe of fresh air in that business and we had many laughs together, sharing a similar sense of humour. Some years later I caught up with Cheryl in Toronto and we picked up where we left off- laughing and enjoying stories over a couple of glasses of wine. Being proud to be raised in the Maritimes, we would often have debates about which side of Canada was better- East vs West.

I am so sorry to hear of her passing and send my sincere condolences to her family.
