Obituary of Delores Gracia Woolrich

Native Calgarian, Delores Woolrich (nee Rouleau) passed away peacefully with family on Friday, September 1, 2023, at the age of 89 years.

Delores was born in Calgary in 1934 and was a direct descendant of Justice Charles Borromee Rouleau, who was the namesake of Rouleauville Park. Her husband, Earl Woolrich passed away in 2019 and she is survived by her two sons, Bruce Woolrich (Cecily) and Steve Woolrich; grandchildren, Shawna, Ryan, Colton, Treyton; and great-grandchildren, Blaire, Cohen, and Hudson.

Delores was a devoted mother and friend, a proud Calgarian who loved to travel and help others. She was very involved with the Southern Alberta Pioneers Club and was an integral part of the Chinook Winds Chorus and Sweet Adeline’s for many years.
