The news of Max’s demise came as a shock and disbelief. We are deeply saddened by his sudden and unexpected departure. Please accept our heartfelt condolences. Max’s very presence brightened a social gathering or a personal meeting. He had that warm welcoming smile. His care for his family, friends and customers was beyond compare. He was a straight shooter and went out of his way to help young and old. We acutely feel his absence beyond words. We always looked forward to meeting with him and Kapu, both such enlivening and fine human beings.

As we believe in continuity of life beyond death, we send him our heartfelt wishes in his new soul journey, believing that he is receiving our heartfelt wishes. Max, buddy, we miss you and are thinking of you. Max remains a memorable icon in our lives.

Max was a pillar in the travel industry and we truly enjoyed Max and the team that looked after our travels over the many years. I can’t recall how many times Max would be on the phone sorting out my travel woes in far away places like Russia, Algeria, Kazakhstan and more and never during regular business hours! He got me out of many a bind and never once left me stranded! A pleasant experience each and every time was the result and all because of Max and his determination to serve his customer in his friendly personable professional way. This has been one of the most heartbreaking times in my life. Max was my mentor and friend, and I will never forget the time I have been able to spend with him. He always put a smile on my face no matter the situation. He taught me so many things during my time under his wing.
