Obituary of Adrian Peter Grocock

Adrian Grocock, beloved husband of Paula Grocock (nee Bailie), of Airdrie, AB, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at the age of 52 years.

Adrian was born in Nottingham, England on November 29, 1970, and he moved to Calgary, AB, in 1975. Adrian graduated from Jack James High School in Calgary in 1991 and then got his Class 1 Driver’s Licence from CCA Driving Education. He was a member of “Trucker Buddy International”, a social and educational organization out of the US for where truck drivers are paired with classrooms as pen-pals so students can learn about geography, math, and improve their reading and writing skills.

He is survived by his brothers, Darren (Cheryl) and Jason (Sandi) Grocock; and his sister Deborah (Dan) Schroeder. Adrian was the baby of the family. He is also survived by his best buddy, Zachary Grocock. Adrian was predeceased by his father Reginald Grocock.
