Brian Woronoski

Obituary of Brian William Woronoski

WORONOSKI, Brian William

March 30, 1954 - Regina, Saskatchewan

September 13, 2023 - Calgary, Alberta

Gentlemen – Start your Engines.  We’re off!

Bri lived with and successfully battled heart disease for over 20 years.  He made changes, lived well, and loved his family and friends without limits.

His passing was not an expected one –we were so saddened and not ready to say good-bye.

Anyone who knew or came to know Brian came to realize his many, many skills, talents, and loves such as the ability to take anything apart and put it back together, identify any classic car from a mile away, make friends wherever his travels took him, and the rare gift of teaching with a passion.

After completing over 30 years of service with the City of Regina, finally as a Senior Mechanical Inspector, he took his desire to give back to his trade and thoroughly dedicated the next years, teaching as a plumbing instructor at SaskPolytech. Following his ‘second’ retirement, he finally relaxed by spending more time with his family and friends, golfing, travelling, and generally taking in all the good experiences that life could possibly offer.

Forever a part of his life and cherishing his memory are his wife Natalie, son Andrew (daughter-in-law Kristine), daughter Anna (son-in-law Marc), daughter Sophia (future son-in-law Andrea), grandchildren Amelia and Jack, and best buddy Fez.

To honour Bri’s wishes and desires, no service will be held. Those wishing to contribute in his memory, may do so at either Hospitals of Regina Foundation - Cardiac Care Unit or the Libin Cardiovascular Institute of Alberta, Greatest Needs Fund.

Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared and viewed here.
