Condolences
Joy and family, I’m sorry for your loss. I appreciated Ron’s frankness. I enjoyed his humour. I was inspired by his positivity. I will miss Ron at QDS.
Dori and Ervin
I am sorry to hear of his passing, I will always remember him as a great man, with great principles and values. Our condolences go out to Joy and family.
At one time, Ron and I were “joined at the hip”
In the early years of our lives, Ron and I did everything together.
Back in the mid to late Sixties, we always went out together, ate together and many times worked together. He taught me to “work hard” and enjoy life.
When we ate, we always picked up the 3 pc chicken dinner from KFC for $1.35 each. This was special to us.
His athletic ability in sports was better than the average “Joe”. Even when he developed some physical problems later in his years, I still couldn’t beat him at ping pong.
Every time we saw each other off and on over the years, we just simply looked at each other and just smiled. We didn’t have to say anything. We just knew.
I’m sorry Joy and all of your family and extended family for your loss.
He was truly a special person.
I will truly miss him.
To Joy and all of Ron's family, my sincere condolences for your loss of a wonderful man, who filled many roles in your family tree.
I met Ron at Amoco in 1977 and worked with him there as well as on many prospects through to 2023. Always diligent, accurate and trustworthy in his assessments - and enjoyed our Italian lunches with a glass of red wine and laughs.

To all of Ronald’s family,
We want to offer you our deepest sympathies. We are so sorry that we cannot attend the funeral, we will be joining the on line streaming. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. It is always so hard to part with a loved one - we also know that he is all finished with the suffering and will be reunited with all of his family up in heaven. Another special angel watching over all of you. Sincere sympathies.
