Obituary of Patricia Guderyan (nee Lozeron)

December 18, 1933 – Webster, Alberta

September 16, 2023 - Calgary, Alberta

Pat Guderyan passed away peacefully on September 16, 2023 at the age of 89 years. Pat is survived by her eight children, Beverly, Brian, Kevin, Ellen, Greg (Jody), Shelagh (John), Karl (Laurie) and John (Lisa) along with her ten Grandchildren, Geoffrey (Louise), William (Kristen), Jane (Jacob), Simone (Kevin), Brittany, Rueben, Bella, Sydney, Victoria and Grace as well as her three great grandchildren, Emilie, Annika and Emmett. She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Karl. Pat always said her greatest joy in life was being a wife, mother, grandmother, sister and Auntie.

She dedicated her life to her family. Pat loved to cook, entertain and looked forward to every celebration. Pat had a very strong faith throughout her entire life. She enjoyed working at St Francis High School for twenty-five years and it became her second family. Pat had an amazing capacity for loving others. Her kindness, compassion, warmth and positivity was infectious. When she was with you, you instantly felt seen and loved. She will be greatly missed but the impact she made will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew her. The family would like to sincerely thank the dedicated staff at Evanston Grand Village, along with Dr. Evans. You all cared for Pat as though she were your own mother.
