Sylvia Polsky (nee Chernoff), a beautiful woman inside and out, loved and already missed by so many, passed away in Calgary on Sept 18 with her children and grandchildren by her side.

Funeral will be held at Temple Sholom Cemetery, Whiterock, BC, Thurs, Sept 21 @ 10am. Celebration of Life Friday at 1:30-4 pm at The Legacy, 611 W41st, Vancouver, BC. Donations can be made to Vancouver JFS or Doctors Without Borders.
