Obituary of Terrance Warren Rathgaber

On Friday, October 6, 2023, we lost our beloved Uncle Terry Rathgaber, at the age of 71 years.

Terry was born in Regina, SK, in 1952, and moved to Calgary, AB, shortly thereafter. He became a Red Seal Journeyman Chef at SAIT and started working in private clubs in Calgary and Banff, AB, for many years. He moved to Victoria, BC, in 1990, and met his wife Elizabeth there on a blind date. They got married in 1993, on Valentine’s Day. Terry moved back to Calgary in 1998, and worked for Centennial Meats before he retired in 2017.

Terrance W. Rathgaber will be remembered by his family for being an amazing cook at dinner time, and a good man.
