Obituary of Teryl Lynne Leslie
April 24, 1950 – Regina, Saskatchewan
October 2, 2023 – Calgary, Alberta
Teryl Lynne Leslie, beloved wife of Stewart Leslie, passed away in Calgary, AB on Monday, October 2, 2023, at the age of 73 years.
Teryl was born in Regina, SK and travelled east as a child of a military man. She went as far as New Brunswick then back west to Victoria where she resided until later settling in Calgary.
Besides her loving husband Stewart, Teryl is survived by her daughter Shawna Magee, stepchildren Kevin Leslie and Shannon Leslie, her sister Lin Taylor in Victoria, as well as two wonderful grandchildren Jade Weys Leslie and Joshua Magee Bernachez.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to the A.L.S. Society of Alberta (Lou Gehrig’s Disease), 7874 – 10th Street N.E., Calgary, AB T2E 8W1, www.alsab.ca.
Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Deerfoot South, 12281 – 40th Street SE, Calgary, AB) on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 2:00pm. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home. Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared and viewed here.
