Obituary of Shirley Margaret Isabel Day

1936 - 2023

In loving memory, we cherish the life of Shirley, our dear mother and grandmother, who peacefully passed at the age of 87. She was a warm-hearted, joyous individual with a kind soul and delightful sense of humour. Throughout her 52-year marriage, she enjoyed many adventures, near and far, with her loving husband Bruce, who passed away in 2009.

Shirley is fondly remembered by her four children, John (Lynda), Colleen (John), Caralea (Dominic) and Craig (Lara); and her six grandchildren, Meaghan, Nicolas, Dante, Madeline, Jeremy, and Daniel.

Funeral Services will be held at St. James Anglican Church (6351 Ranchview Drive N.W., Calgary, AB) on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared and viewed at www.MHFH.com.
