Obituary of Cornelia NEDERLOF

November 14, 1931 – Amsterdam, Holland July 2, 2018 – Calgary, Alberta Cornelia Nederlof (nee Meyer ) of Calgary, AB passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018 at the age of 86 years. Cornelia Meyer, better known as Corry, daughter of Robert and Maria, was born in 1931 in Amsterdam, Holland. In 1953 she immigrated to Canada. She was married to Leonard Nederlof in the town of Red Deer on May 23rd, 1953. Leonard and Corry moved to Calgary and began attending Emmanuel Christian Reformed Church. They later moved into the Sarcee Meadows Housing Co-operative, where they resided together until 2009. Four years later, after the death of her husband, she maintained residence at Cedar’s Villa until her passing on July 2nd, 2018. Corry is survived by her eight children, fifteen grandchildren, and a great-grandchild. Funeral Services will be held at Emmanuel Christian Reformed Church of Calgary (3020 – 51st Street S.W., Calgary, AB) on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow at the church.
