Velma Case (nee Mullenix), of Calgary, AB, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at the age of 100 years.

Vel Dickison Case was born in Stewart Valley, Saskatchewan on November 25, 1922. She passed away in Calgary, Alberta on October 18, 2023. She leaves to cherish her memory, her only daughter Diane, her son-in-law Louis and her grandson Aaron. Vel is predeceased by her mother and father Pauline and Jesse Mullenix, her sister Vi Sorenson, her brother-in-law Ken Sorenson and her two brothers, Bud and Vern Mullenix. She is also predeceased by two beloved husbands, Harold Dickison and Ralph Case. Vel completed high school and Commercial in Swift Current, and enjoyed many years working in Swift Current business offices. Her many hobbies included gardening, dancing, travelling, lapidary and oil painting. Vel had a long and fulfilling life. She will be missed by everyone who loved her. Rest in peace.
