Obituary of Angel Clintcy Diamond Dodginghorse

It is with great sadness of the demise of our little Angel, granddaughter, daughter, mother, cousin, niece, sister. 

Angel embraced a free and delighted spirit her silliness brightened up every room she entered making numerous friends of all ages. The early years of her life she became Tsuut’ina Tiny Tot Princess. Angel was actively involved in sports like basketball and was an all-around cowgirl as rodeo became her favourite. She was also known for her beautiful bead work she held great artistic talents.

Angel was an excellent caretaker to her grandma Lottie and late grandpa John, Angel’s passion was cooking she wanted to become a head chef, Angel cooked numerous meals for feasts and catered for many events. 

Angel made her two babies Trevor and Quietstorm the centre of her world. She also helped take care of her younger siblings who she also held dear to her heart.

She was strong and independent. She attended Adult Learning where she thrived with her high marks. She knew who she was and what she wanted in life and strived to be a successful young lady. 

Angel will be remembered for her natural beauty and charisma. Her headstrong personality is what made her unique.

Angel is survived by her two sons Trevor and Quietstorm, her siblings, Ariel (Adam) Dale, Cianna, Echo, Summer, and River; grandmothers, Lottie Manywounds and Delphine Righthand; her mother-in-law Karla Waterchief; and her sisters-in-law, Treyanne, Marie, Meryl, Riley and Joanne. She is also survived by her cousins she took as siblings, Brittany, Zared, Shanelle, Anyah, Dallas, Dillion, Jewel, Jada, Clarissa, Santana, Trinity, Landon, Falon, Sylis, Tegan and Paisley; nieces and nephew, Keanu, Zarious, Trustice, Kiara, Illiana and Kashtin; her aunties and uncles, Anne (Hank), Peter (Lisa), Tammy, Char and Lisa T; as well as other family members as she had a continues growing family.

Angel is predeceased by the father of her boys Jim B, mother Amanda M and father Lee DH, grandfathers John MW, Garry RH and aunt Gen DH and uncles Kevin MW and Clint DH. 

She will also be remembered for all the good memories that were created with her close friends as there is too many to mention. 

Wake Services will be held at the residence of Lottie Manywounds (820 Six Mile Coulee Road, Tsuut’ina Nation, AB) on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church (Tsuut'ina Nation, AB) on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Tsuut’ina Cemetery (Tsuut’ina Nation, AB). Feast will be held Bullhead Community Hall (114 Bullhead Road, Tsuut’ina Nation, AB) immediately following the graveside. Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared and viewed here.
