Condolences
It is with great sadness that I send my deepest heartfelt condolences Katherine. My thoughts and prayers are with you as I wish you peace and the grace of God to help comfort you. Bill was a good man and he will be sorely missed. I would like to humbly share some thoughts about him.
Bill Davidson was a giant of a man. What wasn’t obvious decades ago when I first met this guy with his stature towering over me, was that he had a heart twice that size inside him. What I knew of Bill over the years was that his actions spoke volumes .... and listen, Bill was a guy that could definitely carry a conversation. From my paradigm, Bill would step up to help, lend a hand, reach out or moderate and always seemed to put family and people first. To me Bill also became somewhat of a surrogate patriarch with the Pergar clan as he was also the guy that would make sure folks stayed in the loop so to speak. I think he just kept tabs on some of us and in my case, I sincerely appreciated that. Life can be busy, and time can get away from us. Myself, as likely others at this point, thought there would be more time. It’s not my place to question but Bill was called too soon. I hope and pray that he now walks heavens pathway with God.
