Condolences
To Eleanor,Steven,Gord, Kathy, Patricia and Anne Marie our most heartfelt condolences on the loss of you beloved husband/father.
From Ana Maria, Peter, Rose Marie, Richard and Lorelei. We are deeply saddened that our longtime friend Harry has left this world. We have known Harry since our arrival in Ft.McMurray in ,1965. Our children played together and we adults enjoyed partying at the Winzer residence into the wee hours in the morning. This relieved us from the stress of working to overcome the problems imposed on us by the harsh condition in the mine, power house and upgrading area.
Harry worked diligently far earlier in the 1950 ‘ s on the engineering and operation of the pilot plant on Tar Island.
Harry was a very intelligent man who made mayor contributions to the eventual success of GCOS, now called Suncor but due to his modest nature was overlooked when others were promoted for their efforts. Yes, that was Harry, a religious, considerate, hardworking engineer, family man and true friend. May he rest in everlasting peace.
We're very sorry to hear of your loss Gord and Sherrie. It was always so nice to hear you speak of how close you were and so very proud of your relationship with your Father. Our thoughts are with you and your family.

So sorry to hear that Uncle Harry passed away. Anita and I extend our deepest sympathy to Aunt Eleanor, Cathy and Andy, Gord and Sherrie, Steve, Trish and Pat, & Anne Marie and Aaron.
A few years ago, Mark and I played a game of golf with Uncle Harry and our dad (uncle Moe). It was such a wonderful day with an uncle we didn't get to see as often as we'd like, but he was so relaxed and easy-going that the post-round beers lasted almost as long as the golf game.
His obituary was beautifully written, and it will be Anita's and my prayer that his memory will be a blessing for your whole family.
Our condolences and thoughts are with Eleanor and the Lewis family at this sad time. Beverley and myself feel very privileged to have many memories of times spent together in Nelson NZ. Peter & Beverley Vining
