Dear Carmen and family , so sorry for your loss of a wonderful father & grandfather , what a wonderful man he truly was. He was extremely kind and loved by many , so interesting to be with, I enjoyed his company so much whenever we did get together. His faith , his wisdom and kindness won’t be forgotten. You have been privileged to be raised by such a dad and mother as you enjoyed . It will be a most wonderful day to be reunited with these dear ones under the rule of Gods Kingdom when his will will be done here on earth . Much love from Barbara Knight

Carmen, I am so sorry to hear of your father’s passing. He was a wonderful man who brought joy and happiness to all who knew him. I know his presence in your life will be greatly missed. To me he was an Uncle who I always enjoyed visiting with through the years. He was a special man. All the photos you shared were truly wonderful to see, thank you for sharing. He lived his life dedicated to his wife, his family and his faith. I am sending my love and condolences to you and David and family. Love your cousin, Deb xoxo
Carmen and Family. My deepest sympathies in the loss of your loving father. I will always remember his kind heartfelt words of encouragement and support; along with the love and concern he showed for me and my children. Many happy memories. They speak of him fondly. Roger had a strong love for the bible, that guided his life and he looked forward to and talked about the many blessings God's Kingdom will bring upon this beautiful earth. I look forward to sharing those times with him. Love to all. Gail
Uncle Roger was always my favorite childhood Uncle. He made good things better and made bad things much easier to accept. I would like to say more about the happiness he brought into my life, but I don't even know where to begin. I would have loved to see him again.
Carmen and family, our condolences and thoughts are with you at this tough time. My memory of Roger is his kind smile and warm hug offered each time we met. God’s promise of a resurrection offers consoling comfort when we lose a love one in death (Rev.21:3,4).
We are all very sad to hear of the loss of Uncle Roger. Although we were never close geographically, I had a close relationship with Uncle Roger. He was always so calm and wise, and I appreciated the way he could reason out a problem or issue. I share his gene of being stubborn and strong willed and often he was able to help me adjust my thinking / attitude on certain issues or subjects. What connected us the most was the love he always showed for his Creator. Throughout his life, both he and Aunt Anne set an unwavering example of trust and reliance on the practical and beneficial teachings found in the bible and they made an extraordinary selfless effort to share their hope for a peaceful future with all whom they met. Even when they were no longer as mobile as they wished to be, although being advanced in years, Roger especially was impressively technically savvy and took every opportunity to share their bible-based hope for the future with health care workers and visitors by sharing the website jw.org. I loved the stories he would tell me and the joy that it brought him. Among his most treasured hopes was the hope of an earthly resurrection by means of God’s Kingdom, I look forward to that hope’s reality to get one of those big hugs from him and my dad once again. Sending all of his dear friends and family love during this difficult time. XXOO Laura
