Condolences
I am saddened to read in the ARTA news that Lesley has passed. I was on the staff at St. Martha school along with Lesley who was the student counsellor. She was a wonderful person and teacher. I always looked forward to a conversation with Lesley. She stretched minds. Rest in Peace Lesley. Condolences Gord and family.
Lesley and I met over a bridge table some 50 yeas ago! That began a friendship which included skiing, golfing, hiking, cycling, dining, and so much more. She was a very special lady, one whom you are only lucky enough to rarely meet. I remember one special day she and Gord dropped in before they left for Christmas in Hawaii to share great news -she was pregnant- what joy!
Rest in peace dear friend. Much love
Our thoughts are with you, Gord, Ashley and the rest of your family. I will always remember Lesley's big smile and generous heart, and what a special friend she was to my Mom and Dad. xo
Lesley, will be remembered for her kindness, thoughtfulness and genuine interest in everyone in her presence making them feel special. For me she was a very sweet friend who will be sorely missed. My thoughts are with you and all your family during these very difficult times.

Our Scott is buried at Eden Brook and I know Lesley will be smiling with the mountains as the view during the service. I didn’t know Lesley as well as many. I can confirm she was compassionate, caring and just full of life. She will be very much missed. Our condolences to the family. May you find some peace in time. We feel badly we won’t be able to attend the service as we will be out of country. Our thoughts and sympathy will be with you.
