Condolences
Richard gave me my first job after moving to Calgary in 1991 and we became good friends soon after. We spent a lot of great times together in Budapest and back in Alberta. I was honoured to cater his dad’s birthday party one year and another occasion at the farm last year. I’ll have a ‘hunter’ in your name Richard, you made a difference in my life. Rest in peace my friend, you earned it.
Wonderful Man. Close colleague & a friend I’ll never forget. Richard kept a 3 legged Cow for me to buy from him for a couple years. I never did see it so I have no idea if it actually existed. Tremendous sense of humour & a big Heart
I am deeply sorry to hear about the passing of Richard. I became friends with him when I bought my quarter section in Raven, Alberta. His cattle were pasturing adjacent to my land. I have fond memories of us fixing fencing and tending to the herds. He was a generous and hard working person who enjoyed the ranch life. My condolences to his family. God bless you my friend
