Condolences
My sincere condolences to the Vejprava family, I worked with Gord at the City of Calgary Golf, he worked at Confederation, and I was fortunate enough to work alongside of him for many years. He was a tough boss with high standards, he made me better, we became work friends, and I was lucky enough to also have spent time with him and his beautiful wife Georgeanne at several golf course events. I did not get to know his children or grandchildren but heard all about them on a daily basis. He was a proud father/grandfather indeed. Rest in Peace my friend, my boss, and enjoy those that you are finally together with again. xo
Best Thoughts and condolences to the Veprava Family. Many fond memories over the years.
Francine and Ross Nichol
We are saddened to hear that Gord has passed away, so we send our condolences to the entire Vejprava family. I have fond memories of times shared on the curling ice, the golf course, and the stories, when asked, about his career in sports. That competitive spirit stayed with him even throughout his recreational play. May your family find peace and comfort in the memories you share as you gather during this difficult time.
Sending our condolences to the Vejprava family, especially Sherall, Terry, Kim and Jesse. We are so sorry to hear Gord passed, you all have so many fond memories and these will help you through these hard times. We had many good times with Gord. We are thinking of all of you, take care, hugs
Our condolences and deepest sympathies go out to all of the Vejprava family on the passing of Gordon.
We will miss watching him chasing the voles on the pond.
He was a good and long standing neighbour in The Green.
Once again our condolences, Ann and Alan Buckley #50.
