Obituary of Brian Frank McCulloch

Brian McCulloch of Calgary, AB, passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at the age of 58 years.

Brian took pride in his Indigenous ancestry. He loved music and had a passion for playing guitar. He also enjoyed diving, chess, and had a degree in pipefitting. He will be most remembered for his kindness, resilience, and his passionate care for everyone he met.

Brian is survived by his brother Lee (Pamela), his niece Amanda, and his nephew Buffalo. Brian is also survived by his ex-wife Janet, his father’s second wife Islay, and many cousins, aunts, and uncles. Brian was predeceased by his mother Gloria Marlene McCulloch, and his father Brian Roderick McCulloch.

Memorial Services will be held in Calgary at a later date when the family is able to travel. As per Brian’s wishes his cremated remains will be scattered on Sulphur Mountain in Banff National Park, to rest with his parents.
