Obituary of Donald Malcholm Ferguson

It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of Don Ferguson on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at the age of 90 years.

His love of life, family and contagious sense of humour stand out for all who knew him. He was predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Gail Ferguson in 2014, brother Ernie, sister Chrissy, brother-in-law Roy and brother-in-law Earl. He is survived by his daughter Brenda (Tim), sons, Clint (Jan) and Trevor; as well as four grandchildren, Aaron (Carla), Kiera, Liam, Colin; and two great-grandchildren, Dominic and Jaxon. He is also survived by his sisters, Shirley (Edwin) and Joan, as well as many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Don’s Life will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 1:00p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Southwood Community Hall 11 Sackville Drive SW Calgary, AB T2W 0W3. Please RSVP to Brenda at 403-861-6942. Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared and viewed with Don’s family here.
