I volunteered with Joanna at the Cochrane Humane Society. I was so amazed how she spoke to the shy cats. Within 10 minutes the cats can out and less than 2 days later those cats were adopted. Joanna was a kind and gracious woman. I am sorry that she is no longer here to join us. Will never forget her attitude with the cats and now repeat what she taught me.

I have known Joanna since 2005 and in that time, I have come to realize what a huge heart and soul this woman had. Joanna was the definition of all things good. It is rare to know someone of such great and high values and morals. She will be missed by not only me, but from anyone how ever had the pleasure of crossing paths with her. My deepest condolences to her husband Nigel and daughter Mellissa.
