Condolences
As neighbours of many years, we were sad to hear of Judie’s passing. We always enjoyed our visits with Judie, whether it was a phone call or an alley visit and there were many! Judie loved to share news of her children and grandchildren and all their adventures travelling, moving to the west coast or birth of new grandchildren. She really enjoyed her recent 80th birthday celebrated with her family surrounding her. Judie was informed and liked to talk about current events happening in the news.
We will miss her kindness over the years. Bob and Judie were mentors to us in our young years as parents and we appreciated the advice and support. I’d also like to recognize neighbours, Lucas and Pat VanBoeschoeten who were so attentive and helpful to Judie. She often mentioned how blessed she felt to have them in her life.
Our condolences to the family.

I served with Judie at the LDS (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) Research (Family Search) Centre for many years. I am sorry for her passing and send my condolences and sympathy to her family. She was always smiling and very helpful to all who needed direction. She shared her enthusiasm for Family History with all and was very reliable. She helped me in many ways in my family history. I and many will miss her.

Judie was a kind and wonderful soul. We were lucky to have her as our next-door neighbour and she will be greatly missed.
Judie was a good friend to all who knew her. I first met Judie when I started working with the Projects Committee of AFHS recording and later photographing cemeteries in and around Calgary. I know her family will miss her very much as she seemed to be such a part of all of you. Condolences to all of the Riddell family members.

My sincere condolences to Judie's family. She loved all of you so much and I am sure you will miss her. Judie was a wonderful friend and we had so many fun times as couples and as individuals, especially with our interest in genealogy. She willingly gave numerous hours to our society as Projects Chair and assisted anyone who needed help with their research.
A beautifully written homage to a life well lived. Her presence will no doubt be missed.
My condolences to all of Judie's family. Judie was a wonderful kind blessed person and I was joyous to be in the Bible study. Judie had me garden in her yard one time to prune a lilac tree that was hanging in the next yard and I also sprayed some weeds down to the alley and pruned another bush. It was a so nice to know her. I do miss Judie. God bless to the family and may the Lord God comfort the family and friends. Kathy Wells

My condolences to all of Judie's family. Judie was a wonderful kind person and I was happy to be in her Bible study. I often thought of how her personality suited her being a nurse.

Our sincere condolences to all of Judie’s family, whom she loved with all her heart. Judie was our neighbour and good friend for many years. She had a pleasing personality that made it so easy to visit with her and she was a good listener. Judie had good perspective and was able to offer wise counsel. There are so many wonderful things we could say of her, our dear friend.
Our prayer and desire is that Jesus will comfort you in your great loss.
