Hi Sherry and Family - I met Nick later in his life; however, in our brief encounters through The Rhythm Kats, he shared quite a few great stories of his past. His love for his family shone through. I had the privilege of jamming with Nick after some of The Kats' practices. His love of, and knowledge of music was spectacular. I loved the story about his recording himself singing along with a Dolly Parton tape. He loaned me some of his tape collection. Regardless of his faltering memory, he ALWAYS remembered the tapes he had loaned out!! Nick influenced my purchase of a Guitalele, an instrument I treasure.
