Martha Rieberer of Calgary, AB, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at the age of 95 years.

Martha was born in Lassnitz, Austria, on July 1, 1928. She immigrated to Canada in 1953, and moved to Calgary, AB, in 1954.

Martha enjoyed a 25-year career in hospital food services.

Martha enjoyed gardening, hiking, and travelling. She was a member of the 5^th Dimension Hiking Club and hiked many trails with them.

Martha is survived by her three daughters, Hilda (Peter) Wuntke of Airdrie, AB, Wallie (Frank) Danbrook of Quebec, and Christl Rieberer of Quebec; her ten grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Judith Rieberer, her son Siegfried Rieberer, and her grandson, Jarad Herbert (Christl).

An Intimate Celebration of Martha's Life will be held in her home on Saturday, February 3, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
