I was very sorry to learn about Howard. Howard provided an excellent service in a friendly and professional manner to Nancy and me during the past thirty or so years. The quality of Howard's work was always outstanding, and his advice was always reliable and helpful. I wish to extend our sympathy and condolences to Howard's family during this difficult period.
