Obituary of Carla Nicole Twoyoungmen

November 14, 1984 – Calgary, Alberta

February 15, 2024 – Calgary, Alberta

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Carla Nicole Twoyoungmen. Known for her boundless love, compassion, and kindness, Carla was a beacon of comfort for her family, always ready with a joke or a comforting presence during times of sickness and need. She was devoted to her family and left an indelible mark on everyone she encountered. Her laughter and generosity were constants in the lives of those who knew her, and her absence will be deeply felt by all touched by her presence.

Carla found inspiration in the outdoors, valuing health and the joys of parenthood. Being a parent for the first time was a source of inspiration and love for Carla, as she reveled in the experience and embraced becoming a mother to her two beautiful boys, Sebastion and Jace.

Despite facing numerous obstacles, Carla remained resilient and found solace in appreciating life's simple pleasures. She possessed a keen intellect and often navigated challenges with wisdom beyond her years. Carla's enduring love for her family and appreciation for life's little moments defined her character through it all.

She leaves to mourn her partner Faron Desjarlais, her two sons, Sebastion and Jace; her father Clyde Gingras, her mother Ethel Twoyoungmen, and her special niece Kayleigh Twoyoungmen, her siblings, Crystal (Eagle), Eli, Jeremy (Aryen), Andre (Harvena), and Eric; uncles and aunts, Vern, Anthony, Homer (Gail), Adrienne, and Sara; her nephews and nieces, Devon, Dylan, Castiel, Quinton, Justine, Lucious, Eric Jr., Kian, and Percy; and cousins, Ryan, Danielle, Amber, Ethan, Brent, Vanessa, Jason, Michelle, and Tyrell; as well as her family from Eden Valley, Bonita (Brian) Jimmy John, Keith (Jamie) Lefthand, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews and relatives in Stoney First Nation and Ontario.

Carla is predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Wallace and Leona Twoyoungmen, and paternal grandmother Margaret Deneault.

We apologize if we missed anyone.
