Wayne and Val's strong partnership was noticeable from the 1st time I met them and their kindness, humour and love of life was not only infectious but addictive. We were invited to their home before sharing a cab to the Standard General Christmas party where many laughs were had. Living in close proximity we would continually connect and when we were all victims of the 2013 flood many stories and fun anecdotes were shared during that hardship. Wayne was always a kind and calming soul to Brent and I feel so very blessed to have once again connected recently when they attended Brents Celebration of Life and we were able to share hugs and stories. My heart aches for Val but know the memories they shared will be cherished by her forever. Rest in peace Wayne, you will be greatly missed.
