Condolences
I worked with Jason for a number years at Osler, and later when he was Rockpoint. He was just a wonderful man, brimming over with smarts and good cheer. It was a real pleasure to spend time with him. He taught me a lot, likely without intending to do that. I still think back on many of his thoughts about life and the job. He was a wonderful guy and I am deeply saddened by his loss. My prayers are with his family and all his other friends.
What a terrible loss! We were so sorry to hear about Jason’s passing. Our hearts go out to you all, as I’m sure he is deeply missed. Thoughts and prayers as you journey through this most difficult time. Love Cheryl and Paul Buckner
It’s with our deepest condolences from your cousin Brian Puhalsky , as some may not know, my mother Olivia Dubchak

Adriana, Sam & Abby - I'm part of the Sept/Siemens family but also got to know Jason really well when he worked at NOVA. We kept in contact over the years and I just texted him after Christmas as we went to watch Sam play hockey. I hoped to find Jason in the arena but there were so many people and we sadly didn't connect. I am very sorry for your loss, he was an amazing guy and he will be missed.
I remember Jason as an outstanding student and individual when he was at Lindsay Thurber. I took a group of students, including Jason to Law Day and a tour of a large law firm in Calgary on a Saturday. I was proud when I heard he pursued a career in law.
I also worked with Velma and know how proud she was of Jason, his family and that life was good! My sympathies.

JD, you live in my memory as the best of guys, a real gem and a fantastic person. I'll always remember the practical jokes we played on each other at work & I still tell those stories to people. I know you're having a safety meeting somewhere! Thanks for your friendship and know that you made my life more enjoyable. I miss you man!
Abby and Sam, JD was an incredible guy as you well know and I know how much he cherished both of you. The people who we both worked with all thought so highly of your dad. I know you'll take all he that he offered to you as a father and incorporate it into your own lives. I feel as lucky as you to have had him in my life.
Adriana, I know JD loved you deeply and was so proud to have you in his life as his wife. Thanks for sharing him with us over the years. I know your heart will be okay in time and until then, the Kulsky's will continue to send our positive energy your way.
Dear Adriana, Abby and Sam. Our deepest condolences to your family. We were honoured to get to know you and Jason through the Trailswest hockey organization. Jason was obviously very proud of his wife and children and you all exude the same kindness that he genuinely displayed whenever we crossed paths.
Harvey and I send our deepest condolences to Jason's family. We both attended the University of Alberta Faculty of Law, and I was one of Jason's cohorts from the Class of 1998. As time went on following graduation, we saw Jason less often, but it was always a pleasure to see him whenever our paths crossed. I remember him fondly from our law school days, and was upset to hear the tragic news. We are so very sorry for your loss, Adriana, Abby, Sam, and the rest of the extended Dubchak clan.
Jason was my student at West Park Junior High in Red Deer. I remember him as a Fine person, willing to help when needed, and someone who was fun to be around. Please accept my deepest condolences on his passing.
Jason was my boss for over 10 years, but more than that he was my friend. He was always sharing stories about his family and how proud he was of his kids. I learned so much from Jason and we had a lot of great times in our little legal department. He had such presence in my life and I know so many will miss him as much as I will. My heart and prayers go out to your family as you come to terms with, and grieve the loss of Jason.

My condolences to the Dubchak family. I always appreciated Jason's easy-going personality and sound business advice. The energy industry in Calgary is going to miss this guy.

I had the pleasure of a long chat with Jason just 2 weeks ago. We had not spoken for over a year and yet it was like no time had passed. He spoke with pride as he filled me in on the latest news about his family. He was excited about the great impact that Abby was going to have in the world through her studies in Biomedical engineering. And he pointed out the interesting challenges of managing all of the attention that his accomplished son Sam was having as a hockey athlete. His admiration and love for Adriana and commitment to her happiness was evident as we talked.
In business, Jason was an esteemed colleague who was instrumental in our initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange, and was a key member of the management team. He had a unique skill of treating everyone with the same evenhanded approach. He was a wise counsel and trusted advisor. I am sorry to have lost this kind friend far too soon.
I send my deepest condolences to Adriana, Abby, and Sam at this most difficult time. Rest in peace my friend.
Deepest condolences to the entire Dubchak family. I cherish the many spring hockey practices, games and tournaments, seeing Jay at the rink.
