Obituary of Thomas Hugh McDERMOTT

October 27, 1927– Co. Fermanagh, Ireland September 14, 2014 – Calgary, AB Thomas (Tom) Hugh McDermott passed away peacefully at his residence at Beverly Care Centre in Calgary on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at the age of 86 years. Tom was born in Co. Fermanagh, Ireland and moved to Canada in the early 1960s and lived and worked for many years at the Cominco Mines in Pine Point, NWT, until his retirement to Calgary in 1987. He will be dearly missed by Peggy and Tom and all the Baxter family in Calgary, as well as all his many nieces and nephews in Ireland and England, especially Peter and Sean who visited him regularly in Calgary.
