Condolences
I was so deeply saddened when I heard my dearest friend had passed. We shared so many great memories together growing up in Brandon. Later in years distance separated us but the memories didn’t? Jaye was the most kindest, loving and funny friend to everyone. I have tears now just thinking of her. My deepest condolences to all of Jaye’s family. Shauna and Nicky your Mom loved you so
My family moved to Brandon the summer of 1968… I was friendless! I met Jaye as we repeated grade 12 math. We bonded given we both were severely challenged!!! Following at BU, she introduced me to her peers as we hung out in the canteen, how thoughtful and how kind. Later, we found our “boys” were hockey buddies. Great times were shared enjoying camping, concerts, bbq,s-Jaye taught me how to entertain and cook.
With fondest life time memories we share our sincere condolences to Nici, Shawna and all families.

My thoughts & prayers are with you Jaye’s family. I have not been in touch with Jaye recently but once a friend always a friend. We had a good times when we were younger & anytime we met had the best conversations, lots of laughs, the occasional tear. Jaye always had that magic sparkle in her eyes & smile. My husband Bob enjoyed dealing with Jaye when she was @ J & G. She treated everyone with respect & dignity. Chris Jaska
Nici, Shawna and families, we are so sad you’ve lost your mom at such an early age. It was sad to hear of all her health issues as well. We had a lot of road trips to baseball, ringette, concerts, etc. back in the day and always lots of fun. Jaye was the most generous person and always with that beautiful smile. Our thoughts are with you all.
