Keith Colford of Airdrie, AB, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024, at the age of 81 years.

Keith was born in Newcastle, NB, on March 19, 1943. He moved to Airdrie, AB, in 2003. He married Jewel on January 31, 1969.

Keith accomplished much throughout his life. Everything he touched he would make better, whether it was the businesses he owned, the cars he was restoring, or the people who were lucky enough to know him.

He loved his time as an honorary member of the Blue Knights and as a volunteer firefighter for the Newcastle Fire Department.

Keith enjoyed his summer camping with his family, racing his cherry red El Camino, motorcycle trips, and going to the camp with the boys.

If you asked him what he was most proud of, it was his family. He will be most remembered for his generous heart and his hugs.

Keith is survived by his two daughters and one son-in-law, Tracey Colford and Terri Morrison (Chris); and his six grandchildren, Jerricka Russell (Jeff), Jessica Russell, Jadden Russell, Logan Morrison, Kaylee Morrison, and Kendra Morrison of Airdrie, AB.

He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Joey Colford (Rose) of Miramichi, NB; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Theresa Buck of Ontario, Maggie Munn of New Brunswick, Irene Jardine (Donnie) of Barnettville, NB; aunt Annunciata, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was predeceased by the love of his life, his beloved wife Jewel in 2023, and his parents, Joseph and Mary Colford.
