Condolences
I'm sorry to hear about your mother's passing. I was a kinsmen in Saskatoon and served on your dad's executive when he was Governor of Saskatchewan in 1968-1969. I got to know your mother then and what a caring person she was.
Hello to Wendy Bob and family .
I just wanted to say how special Yvonne was to me ,what a spirit she had even on not so great days she wanted her hair done .
Yvonne will always hold a special place in my heart forever and I miss her very much .I am so lucky to have crossed paths in our life's journey
All the best to you all

hi Bob and Wendy and Ron and Kristie
Yvonne was the nicest and sweetest person that I ever met in my entire life. Her kind and loving personality was a great example for all of us to follow. I wish I could be more like Yvonne. Yvonne was actually our first friend when we moved to Calgary in 1975 so that means I've known her for 49 years ! Even though she was feminine and classy , Yvonne was also one tough cookie. She had polio and only had the use of one arm but she still lived to 91, outlasting almost all her close friends.
I was fortunate to see Yvonne and wish her well at the end; now her kind and loving spirit can be with my mom in life after. Thanks for inviting me to the hospital Bob to say goodbye. Yvonne was like a second mom to me and she was my moms best friend. Kristie it was nice that you brought the wine so we could raise our glass and give her a proper toast.
I think the 3 words to best describe Yvonne are: kind, sweet and full of love. Oops that's 6 words.
cheers...........love Jamie (your fake son) Shand
