Condolences
RIP Brother, Your Suffering is Over, Also You were a great Brother
Love You, Your Brother Ron
George Kleinsasser was an amazing man. Leaving the security of the huderite colony at 15 years old, he began fixing train tracks. With hard work and determination, he became a business owner and built our home. My dad taught me to change a tire, car battery and toilet. I have many memories of him dunking me in the river or double bouncing me on the trampoline. I have a pictures of him jumping with his grandchildern. Sadly he was diagnosed with parkinson at age 40. Here he began a great battle with debilitating diesease and drugs. After years of struggle, i am proud to say he overcame his addiction and returned home. I enjoyed reconnecting with him over card games. Usually crib, filled with trash talk. He always wanted to help, it was devestating the first time he couldnt fix an electrical problem. Although i shouldnt have asked someone with parkinsons to help with electricity. My dad helped me with plumbing, building a fence, putting flooring down lol we tried to drywall, not our thing. He lived almost have his life with parkinsons. He work hard, fought hard and loved his family. I will miss you always dad. I love you
I remember George when he was a Kid, Dad raised some ducks and geese and fed them with a auger truck. One day George got into the box as dad was filling the feeders, and his foot got caught in the auger. took him to the hospital where they sutured his foot, and all that summer we pulled him around the yard with a little red wagon. that is what happened to his foot.
Have better memories of him when I got to Calgary to visit and on business, earlier in life he took me all around Calgary to all the suppliers he death with, and also some of his favourite placed to eat. later in life when he hit hard times Ron and I would try not find him and treat him to a burger which he really enjoyed. haven't been able to visit as much lately as time changed for me.
My hearth felt condolences to the family, And a special thanks to Shera for bringing him to see us a year or so ago...
