Obituary of Janet Darlene Plested

March 7, 1948 – Edmonton, Alberta

April 25, 2024 – Calgary, Alberta

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of Janet Darlene Plested on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at the age of 76 years.

Janet was born in Leduc, AB on March 7, 1948.

She leaves her loving children, Michell (Jo Anne) Plested of Calgary and Kathleen Plested of California; and her grandchildren, Deanna and Myles Kristalovich (Sonya and William) of Calgary, Kyle and Tammy Plested of Calgary, Tyler Wiseman of California, Ryan McCloskey, Cassandra McCloskey, Connor McCloskey, and Emily McCloskey, all of Edmonton. She also leaves her son-in-law Patrick McCloskey of Edmonton, and her brother William Wiesener of Leduc.

Janet was predeceased by her husband Stanley, who passed away on July 31, 2002, her son-in-law and Kathleen's love, Steve Wiseman, on March 13, 2021, and her sister-in-law Sharla Wiesener on September 3, 2022.
