Obituary of Hayden Duncan Breeze

Hayden Breeze, beloved husband of Corianne Breeze (nee Pfannmuller), of Cochrane, AB, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at the age of 47 years, after a courageous battle with brain cancer.

Hayden was a kind, generous, honest soul with an endearing sense of humour. He saw the world as an opportunity for improvement and adventure, for himself and for those around him. Hayden’s many adventures included learning kung-fu, studying Electrical Engineering Technology at SAIT (1997), working for decades as an Electrical Designer, climbing, caving, surfing, mountain biking, playing online games, and travelling Asia and worlds more fantastic.

Besides his loving wife Corianne, Hayden is survived by his children, Rowen and Malakai; his parents, Ray Breeze and Elaine Smith; sisters, Claire Breeze, Cayley Breeze, and Anastasia Breeze; brothers-in-law, Alex Souvairan, Luke Neer, and Jeff Evans; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Those he has left behind will miss their workmate, guide, friend, surf coach and boat captain.

A Celebration of Hayden’s Life will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Triwood Community Hall (2244 Chicoutimi Dr NW, Calgary, AB T2L 0W1).
