It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Betty Fenton on Tuesday, December 9, 2024. She passed away in the early morning after a very long battle with dementia. In the end, she was kept comfortable, and without pain or suffering, with the help of the medical staff at South Health Campus. We would also like to thank all the tremendous staff at the Father Lacombe Centre for their compassionate care over the years.

Her family—Bob, Rob, Ryan, Andrea, Tanis, Seth, Fleur, Easton, and Addy—were there with her for her final journey. She is at peace now.

A Celebration of Betty’s Life will be held in the spring of 2025, allowing her friends wintering away to return and join us in celebrating Elizabeth Joan Fenton, a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister, grandma, and friend to all who knew and loved her.
