June 1, 2024 – Calgary, Alberta

Kim Teresa Tremblay-Whitford (nee Tremblay), of Calgary, AB, passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the age of 65 years.

Kim was born in Bedford, QC, on April 12, 1959. She was a dedicated member of the Jehovah's Witness faith. She also enjoyed playing pool and the piano, but her greatest achievement was the birth of her four children.

Kim was passionate about spending time with her family, and they will cherish the memories they shared together. She also had a passion for working in her garden and cleaning up the community of Pineridge.  She will always be remembered for her red hair and big smile, as well as her love for playing pool. Those who knew her well affectionately called her "Momma" at her favourite pool hall. Kim had a strong faith in the Lord and was never afraid to pursue her passions and dreams.

She was the beloved wife of Cliff Whitford and the proud mother of Nathan Rychard (Rose Mary), Jerrid Rychard (Arista), Daina Whitford-Norman (Troy), and Corey Whitford (Leah). She was also a loving grandmother to ten grandchildren, James, Jena, Raymond, Dayton, Alicia, Samantha, Paxton, Amy, Ethan, and Alex; and a great-grandmother to thirteen great-grandchildren, Alexis, Brooklyn, Jozsef, Jozlyn, Charlie, Charity, Ayden, Christian, Royce, Rose, Remi, Mae, and Tyrone.

Kim was predeceased by her parents, Lionel and Mary Tremblay; her four brothers, Nathan, Daniel, Kevin, and Ivan Tremblay; two sisters, Susan Tremblay and Patricia Culver; and granddaughter Ashley.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Kingdom Hall for their support and guidance, and to Kim's Mary Kay family for their love and friendship. They would also like to extend a huge thank you to the staff at Agape Hospice for their exceptional care and compassion. They will truly always be grateful for everything they did for their mother. Their love and generosity will forever be remembered.

Kim will be dearly missed and will always be remembered for her infectious smile, caring heart, and unwavering faith.
