Sincerest condolences from nieces Karen and Kathy and nephew Colin. We always enjoyed his visits as we were growing up. He was a lot of fun. Our father, his brother Fred, and Vic were a little more than a year apart in age and, as children, were very close and raised almost as twins. He remembers his younger brother fondly.
