Rumi and Family, we are so shocked and sad to hear the news of Charlie’s passing. He was such a wonderful, fun and caring person. He will missed by many who had the privilege of knowing him.

I always referred to Charlie as my Papa Okubo! The kindest most generous person I have ever met. May he rest in peace.
