Dear Marg and family,
Sending our deepest condolences. We were lucky to have known such a fine person. May the memories you made together through the years comfort you through the days ahead. Sending hugs.
Rest in peace comrade, your name will live forever more, at the going down of the sun and in the morning we will remember them.
Our deepest condolences to Marg now and always. Doug was the best big brother a girl could have. So many wonderful memories of him. I was always to proud of my big brother being in the Air Force and remembering his little sister with small treasures from places he was stationed. Still have a lot of those gifts over 50 later and will always treasure them. Great memories of Doug & Dad playing crib and Doug would call "Muggins" and take Dad's points he had missed. Lots of laughter and good times. Miss you Doug. We will always treasure the memories. Judy & Jake Dyck

Marg, my and Dawn's sincere condolences in respect of Doug's passing. Doug and I became friends while golfing Interclub together at Country Hills Golf Club. We had so much fun. Doug's interest in sports led to us becoming friends. It is because of CHGC members like Doug and yourself, Marg, that Country Hills has become such a cherished part of the life's of Dawn and me and our femily. Just a short humorous note - One time while playing Interclub, Doug and I each had a ball on a fairway. I was playing my ball on right side of the fairway and I was getting very wet due to a rain shower. I walked over to the left side of the fairway where Doug was playing his ball and it was not raining. Doug was completely dry. We laughed and laughed. I think Doug's last words to me were "Stay on the dry side of the fairway, Glenn.".
Our dearest sympathy for your loss Marg. Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.
Norm and Debra
