Obituary of Joyce Fraser

Joyce Fraser-Millice (nee Hurd) of Calgary, AB, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024, just days shy of her 97th birthday.

She was predeceased by her husband Grant Fraser, her husband Roy Millice, and her granddaughter Kylee Joyce Fraser.

Surviving Joyce are her three sons, George Fraser (Debbie), Grant Fraser, and Graham Fraser; and her three stepsons, Wayne Millice (Roma), Eric Millice (Verneal), and Chris Millice (Tricia). She was well-loved by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.

Joyce was known for her quick wit and sense of humor. She was a social butterfly who was truly loved by everyone she met.

The family would like to acknowledge Jill Fraser for all the love and support that she provided her Auntie Joyce throughout the years.

As per Joyce’s wishes, a private family service was held at Eden Brook on August 26, 2024.
